Our Mission
At Zero Waste Analytics, we take a numerical approach towards the worldwide issue of food waste. We want to translate the notion of sustainable consumption into tangible figures and statistics, to better inform the choices made about food. For both individuals and organizations, we want to use methods of mathematical modeling to make your contribution to this issue as effective as possible.
Who We Are
Xiuwen Hu
Founder, 2023
An intellectually curious high school student attending Indian Springs School in Alabama, Xiuwen created ConsumeConserve in the fall of 2023 to support his plan of creating a mathematics-based application to help regulate household food waste. Since then, ConsumeConserve has been rebranded to Zero Waste Analytics, and expanded beyond our application to provide a wider array of models and information.
